Gourmand World Cookbook
Awards: »The Algarve
Fish Book« (German edition) has been awarded with
a Gourmand World Cookbook Award« as one of the best
fish and seafood cookbooks of the world.
Edouard Cointreau,
who held the Gourmand awards
ceremony on February, 11th in Örebro,
Sweden, considered it »a very creative and
appetizing book, with beautiful design«.
The awards ceremony
counted
with an overall presence of 375 authors, chefs and editors
coming from 29 different countries. Before, the book of
Nico Böer and Andrea Siebert already won the German
contest in the fish and seafood cookbook category and
therefore qualified for the international competition.
